We are excited to announce that Altus Infusion is moving to a more dynamic and collaborative platform with Google G Suite. With G Suite, we’ll gain the benefits of a robust and innovative feature set and be able to work on anything from anywhere—email, calendar, and files will be accessible from any internet-connected device with limitless storage capacity.
We’re Moving to Google!
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
HOW TO CLEAN UP YOUR INBOX:
- Set an end date to all indefinite recurring events that you are the owner of in Outlook Calendar.
- Remove all slash (/), hyphen (-), and ampersand (&) symbols from Outlook folder and subfolder titles including folders in Online Archive.
- General clean up of your mailbox and online archive emails.
- Note: Email in your deleted items folder will not be migrated to Google.
Google G Suite is easy to use, and we think you’ll find it to be a more efficient and intuitive way to manage your workload. While this transition means Exchange will be replaced, rest assured Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be retained for users who need specific Office functionality beyond what G Suite can currently provide.
WHY WE'RE MOVING TO GOOGLE
What is G Suite?
G Suite is a collection of web-based planning, content creation, and collaboration tools that includes Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive as well as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, which are equivalent to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, respectively. You and your team will be able to use these tools to work together seamlessly on a web browser from an Altus Infusion-managed device.
Why did we choose G Suite?
Collaboration is essential and G Suite provides us with an innovative platform that will connect you to your colleagues, customers, and partners like never before.
Unlimited online storage for your email means you’ll never have to worry about deleting messages or saving them in offline folders.
Share calendars and specify what you want to see. It’s easier than ever to find out if someone is in a meeting, available, or on vacation.
Anything you create can be shared through your Google Drive file library for real-time creating, editing, and discussion.
